I&T needs detailing at CDR, documentation, spare parts, maintance plan,
etc...

NIC-FPS Response:

The I&T schedule presented at the CDR has considerably more detail
than the one shown at the PDR. Further refinements will be made as
construction progresses.

We plan to provide sufficient documentation for instrument operations
and maintenance. Technical reports are posted on-line at the NIC-FPS
web site under the Development link.
