 -tolernacing - mechanical / thermal

NIC-FPS Response:

We will perform the optical tolerance analysis and obtain PSF using
Zemax. Results show that the fabrication tolerancing is easy to 
moderate on most surfaces. Alignment tolerances are also easy to 
moderately difficult on all elements for the two pixel sampling 
criterion.
