Need to address Mark Klaene's telescope to instrument interface
(thermal [dissipation near telescope], RF, etc...) requirements.

These issues are pending the delivery of the actual electronics, 
e.g. chip controller, stepper motor controllers, etc... 

The chip controller is mounted to the side of the dewar. Its size, 
weight and power output is TBD.

The etalon controller and stepper motor controllers are mounted at 
the intermediate level, thus their power output is not an issue.
